Terms and Conditions

Helixtop is operated by Helixtop, a Sole Proprietorship, registered at TODO — building / door number and street, Thrissur, Kerala 679106, India. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean Helixtop; “you” means the business or person holding an account.

Helixtop is a subscription business-management platform delivered over the internet. Depending on your plan it may include customer records, a sales pipeline, quotations, invoicing, inventory, purchasing, accounting reports, projects and related tools.

Each customer receives an isolated workspace. We provide the software and the infrastructure it runs on; the business records you enter remain yours.

• You must give accurate registration details and keep them current.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping passwords confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
• Accounts are for the registered business. You may add team members up to the number of seats on your subscription.
• You must be legally capable of entering a contract.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful, or to store unlawful content.
• Attempt to access another customer’s workspace or data, or to probe, scan or test the security of the platform without our written consent.
• Resell or white-label the service without a separate written agreement.
• Place load on the platform that materially degrades it for others, including automated scraping or bulk automated requests outside documented interfaces.
• Upload malware, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.

We may suspend an account that breaches this section. Where the circumstances allow, we will contact you first.

Subscriptions are charged per seat per month in advance. Current published pricing is ₹399 per seat per month on Starter, ₹799 per seat per month on Business and ₹1499 per seat per month on Enterprise. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added where applicable.

• Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card details.
• Adding seats mid-cycle is charged pro-rata from the date they are added.
• If a payment fails we may retry it and will notify you. Access may be suspended if an invoice remains unpaid after a reasonable notice period.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Changes take effect at your next renewal, and you may cancel before then.

You keep all rights in the business records you enter. We process them only to operate the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data and we do not use your business records to advertise to you.

You may export your data while your subscription is active. After termination we retain it for a limited period so an account can be restored if closed by mistake, then delete it.

We aim to keep the service available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party failures and events outside our control can cause downtime. Where planned maintenance is likely to be disruptive we will give advance notice.

We are not currently offering a contractual uptime guarantee. If your business requires one, contact us before subscribing.

• You may cancel at any time from your billing settings, or by emailing support@helixtop.com.
• Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
• We may terminate for material breach of these terms, or on 30 days’ notice if we discontinue the service — in which case we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid fees.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data to the extent it results from your own failure to keep exports. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms. If a change materially reduces your rights we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email to the address on your account. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Thrissur, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
